MyPack Agreement

This agreement covers both boarding and training situations:

Training with MyPack

Our trainer will cover the 15 key training topics listed at: mypack.dog/topics. Dogs master training at different levels, so it is not possible to guarantee mastery of all 15 topics.

At the conclusion of training, we also teach you how to use a set of instruction cards on how to play the same games and activities used in training. Owners that fully utilize these cards will see far better results than those who do not use them.

Boarding with MyPack

All dogs board inside our home, and are treated like one of the family. We have three dogs of our own, so your dog will have plenty of friends to hang out with while you are away!

We make every effort to supervise dogs at all times, and we also regularly clean and sanitize all dog living and play areas. Dogs receive regular play time and exercise.

Payment Information

• Once this agreement has been submitted, a payment link will be sent to you, and the total balance is required to secure your training or boarding slot.

• You can cancel your training or boarding up to one week prior to the start date for a full refund (minus processing fees). After that, a 10% fee may be charged.

• Once a training or boarding session has started, no refunds will be offered for unused days if you decide to end the visit early.
