Boarding Agreement
Boarding Arrangements
All of our dogs board inside our trainer’s home in West Jordan, Utah, and are treated like one of the family. Our trainer, Jenny Hill, has three dogs of her own, so your dog will have plenty of friends to hang out with while you are away!
Payment
Once this agreement has been submitted, a payment link will be sent to you, and the total balance is required to secure your boarding slot.
Cancellation or Changes
You can cancel your boarding free of charge up to five days prior to the start date. After that, a 10% fee may be charged.
Refunds
If you end up not needing to board your dog for the full scheduled time, a refund will not be issued for the unused days.
Information About your Dog
Please provide the following information about your dog. If you don’t know your dog’s actual birthdate, give us your best guess. This helps us keep track of the age of your dog.
